JP1:
Pins 1 and 2: Zorro Auto-Sensing. Will use Z2 or Z3 depending on the machine you plug it into.

Pins 2 and 3: ZorroII mode ONLY if you are using it in a 2000, or a 3000/4000 with an older Buster chip (-07) it sometimes works with -09.

This card works great with the latest version of Picasso96 or CyberGraphX V3.
